Do you like the UGG style boots, or thongs the peak above the belts of skinny jeans? Well whatever your thoughts, researchers and doctors are now becoming worried about these fashion accessories.
Doctors are worried that a number of very popular fashion choices are causing serious medical conditions and often nasty fungal infections.
Back in the 1970s, many accident and emergency rooms were full of people wearing skinny jeans who were unable to remove the fabric. The fabric used in today’s skinny jeans, although now stretchy has led to an upturn in nerve damage injuries.
The injuries are caused by compression and other nerve in the groin close to the skin’s surface. When enough pressure is applied to the nerve the whole nerve can begin to react and feel numb, prickly, tingly, as well as very painful. So is throwing out the skinny jeans what doctors are suggesting? In fact even when people throw their skinny jeans away, the pain can often linger for many weeks or even months.
Forget the jeans for a second, your designer heels could well be causing a chain reaction of foot and back problems. Doctors are claiming that the wearing of high heeled shoes are long periods of time, on a regular basis, can force the Achilles tendon to contract. This can lead to serious walking problems, which could so easily have been avoided, simply by limiting the number of times but high heels are worn and sentence.
To make matters worse high heels and now being blamed for peoples incorrect walking posture. Wearers of high heels to their feet forward and rest on the balls of their feet, which doctors confirmed ruins women’s walking posture. The doctors comment that as well as damage to posture, the issues often cause lower back pain, as a lot of pressure is placed on it.
